Butterfly Fillet - 500g

Fillet or tenderloin is a long, narrow, and lean muscle located within the Loin. This is the most tender cut of beef available. With butterfly steak, a cut is made across the beef fillet, not going all the way through it. When the steak is opened up, it now has two matching sides, resembling a butterfly. Now the steak is only half as thick and will cook much more quickly.
